Tour Times
Tours run Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30am to 4:00pm, depart approximately every 30 minutes, and last for approximately 60 minutes.*
Tours run 7 days a week in December only.
Please note that public tours are closed on December 20th, 25th, and 28th.
Tour Entrance
Please note during the Christmas Spectacular season the tour entrance moves to the Executive Entrance on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th).
Show and Tour Combo Information
Tours sell out fast during the Christmas Spectacular season! Please note when you purchase a Christmas Spectacular ticket and add on a tour voucher, the voucher does not have an assigned tour time and tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend reserving your tour time 24 hours in advance at Radio City Music Hall in the Grand Lounge via the Executive Entrance located on 50th Street.
If you take a tour within 2 hours of the start of your showtime, you can enter Radio City Music Hall through the private tour entrance and remain inside before your show begins! We will scan your show ticket and your tour voucher at the same time, so there’s no need to exit and re-enter.
If you are taking your tour after your show, check-in at the tour desk located in the Grand Lounge across from the Lexus car.

Please keep in mind that tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out quickly. We strongly recommend coming to the tour desk in advance to reserve your tour time. If you arrive and your desired tour time is sold out, you will be placed on the next available tour.
