Disabled Services

In recognizing the special needs of our guests, Radio City Music Hall offers a range of accommodations—not only to provide comfortable access to the venue but also to ensure that everyone comes away with the same unforgettable memories.

To fulfill this commitment, we strive to ensure that guests with special needs, along with friends and family, fully understand how to avail themselves of everything that we provide. Guests may purchase seating, based on their needs, directly through the venue by calling 888-609-7599 or through Ticketmaster. This includes but is not limited to wheelchair seating and limited mobility, vision, hearing, and sensory.

If a guest requires accommodation after a ticket purchase has been made, please call Radio City Music Hall’s Disabled Services Department prior to the event to discuss relocation options. If you are already at the venue and require accommodations, please visit the Guest Relations podium near the main lobby or ask a staff member for assistance.

Service animals are permitted at Radio City Music Hall. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

If you’re an individual bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact Radio City Music Hall’s Disabled Services Department at 888-609-7599 during normal business hours to request a photo ID for your animal, which will help to expedite entry and access.

Radio City Music Hall does not allow emotional support animals.

Speech impaired, deaf and hard of hearing individuals, who have access to a TTY machine, may call the New York Relay Center at 711 or 800-421-1220 or your local TTY Relay Center. The New York or local Relay Center will then place your call to us and we will be happy to communicate with you through the relay service.
