Christmas Spectacular Auditions

Please check back here in early 2023 to learn more information about upcoming Rockettes auditions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Rockettes auditionees must be between 5’5″ and 5’10 ½” tall (measurements will be taken in stocking feet). Rockettes auditionees must be proficient in ballet, tap, and jazz.

Dancers must be proficient in jazz and ballet. Pointe work is a plus but not required for female/non-binary dancer roles and you may be asked about pointe work as part of your audition. All dancers will also be required to sing and will be taught a song as part of the audition. The ability to sing and dance at the same time is more important than voice quality. There is no need to prepare vocal material.

Vocalist roles submissions will be accepted through talent agents in response to published breakdowns.

CLARA/ELLIE – The dual role of Clara/Ellie will require strong ballet technique with at least one year of en pointe experience, dancing (and turning) en pointe, and speaking. No previous acting experience is required.
